Clover Culinary Projects is a catering collaboration between Gabby Nass & Fiona Robison. We have worked together in the business of food & entertaining for a lifetime in Melbourne, Sydney & London.
We opened our kitchen doors in July 2016 & have quickly built a reputation for our inspired food offering, stylish presentation, polished service team & project management nous.
Our food is modern yet classic & delicious. We love to push the boundaries of what is possible with food in an event environment. We source interesting, seasonal & hard to find ingredients for our ever changing menus.
We have organized & executed countless events in the fashion, PR, design, lifestyle, luxury brand, media, real estate & automotive sectors. We create exciting on brand, custom menus for our corporate clients & design weddings, birthdays, bat mitzvahs & more for our private clients.
It’s our combined passion for eating, drinking, cooking, sharing, service, giving & classic hospitality that inspires us to love what we do.
