We love to work closely with our clients to design menus & drinks that reflect the individual character of each event. We love a challenge and are always happy to tailor a menu or create a customized offering to suit any brief or occasion.
1000 ice spheres for Negronis? No problem. Custom branded sweets for your corporate event? No worries. Gelato cart for your 21st birthday? Done.
We are able to manage all components of your event; from food, drinks, service, equipment hire, marquees, floorplans, scheduling, design, flowers, entertainment, stationary, decorations, dancefloors, lighting, sound – you name it, we can make it happen.

Our Clover Crew are a high calibre, carefully selected team of supervisors, bar crew, food & drink superstars & event chefs. Our service team will seamlessly set up, look after your guests throughout the event, perfectly pack down & clean up at the end.
From pressed metal feature bars, slick leather sofas, marble side tables, espresso machines & specialty glassware to crystal chandeliers & cow hide rugs, we can assist with all your equipment requirements.
We can also arrange a simple delivery of glassware & bar set up essentials.
We work with Melbourne’s premier equipment hire companies as well as select regional hirers. We are able to arrange a quotation on your behalf and are often able to source more competitive pricing due to our longstanding industry relationships.
We arrive at your event armed with stylish platters, bowls & serving ware on which to present our beautiful food as well other kitchen essentials to ensure we can execute your menu.
While catering is the core of our business, the right styling elements can really pull the look & feel of the party together.
We are able to work with you & suggest ways to add that ‘next level’ touch to your event. We arrange flowers, foliage & installations, monogrammed linens, handmade crockery, gold, copper or black cutlery, cut crystal & coloured glassware, candlelight, mood lighting & luxe furniture.
We also assist with place cards, menu design, event stationary & signage.
We specialise in marquee design, offering guidance with furniture layout, floorpans, table placement & infrastructure. We coordinate AV & technical teams to manage lighting, sound, power & generators, heating, cooling & refrigeration.
